Zehner Trial Consulting LLC (“ULTA”, “Zehner Trial Consulting” “we,” or “us”) realizes and respects the value of your information. Zehner Trial Consulting provides you the opportunity to participate in multiple surveys on this Site. C) Aggregate Information
As part of our business, we collect certain non-personally identifiable information about our members and use such anonymous or aggregate data to come to certain conclusions for our clients. “Aggregate Information” is information in summary form which does not contain any information or data that is identifiable to a specific person. We share the Aggregated Information we obtain from surveys with our partners and clients. We will only link aggregate user data to the specific individual who provided it to us in order to provide such individual with a reward for their participation.

If at anytime you wish to discontinue your membership with Zehner Trial Consulting and no longer wish to receive survey invitations, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in any e-mail communication you receive from Zehner Trial Consulting.
5. CHILDREN
This Site is not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 13. Any person who submits Personal Information on this Site or accepts the Terms of Use represents to Zehner Trial Consulting that they are 13 years of age or older. It is our policy to endorse the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and to use our best efforts to comply with that Act.
6. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Personal Information collected on this Site will be stored and processed in the United States and by using this Site in any country other than the United States, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Zehner Trial Consulting operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. We review our security and privacy policies and enhance them as necessary. Zehner Trial Consulting only allows authorized personnel at the company to have access to the information provided by you and does its best to ensure that your Personal Information is secure and protected.
